Elaine provides end-to-end support across accounting, payroll, and compliance, with a focus on accuracy, automation, and investor readiness. Her expertise includes:

  • Monthly close, accounting operations, and GAAP-compliant financials

  • SaaS revenue recognition, invoicing, and contract-level accounting

  • Cash flow planning, burn analysis, and runway forecasting, monthly and quarterly financial reporting for the board

  • Sales tax compliance, including nexus analysis, state filings, and SaaS taxability

  • Multi-state payroll, compliance, hiring support, and onboarding/offboarding (including California-specific requirements)
